The homeowners were working with an interior designer who suggested installing custom chandeliers in the staircase and dining room areas. However, this idea presented several challenges.

To support the heavy stairwell chandelier, the team installed plywood in the attic and individually drilled and secured each lighting fixture through the ceiling into this plywood. The additional support ensured a secure and long-term installation of the new light fixture.
They also ran individual wires through the ceiling for each pendant, securing them to a fixture box in the attic. CoreTrade then installed new LED lighting around the chandelier, enhancing the overall design according to the interior designer’s suggestions.
CoreTrade also installed a custom chandelier in the dining room, coordinating with the interior designer’s specifications. Finally, the team added new outlets and electrical wiring throughout the remodeled areas to support the new lighting fixtures and meet the homeowners’ needs.
