The client for this project had a single family home in Falls Church and came to us with the request to convert a backyard shed to a fully equipped functional home office. They wanted their new office to be fully equipped with electrical outlets, lighting fixtures, air conditioning and modern skylights.
As the existing had no existing power, It was necessary to trench and run cabling underground from the primary house to the new office structure. our team undertook the necessary permitting for this project and also did the trenching and cable runs.
once the power was run and the structure had been upgraded, our team installed floor outlets, lighting fixtures as well as a skylight.
Upon completion, a previous backyard shed that had been storing tools has been completely transformed to a powered detached office with monitor amenities and new electrical connections.
